64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on the A-Series custom models. 64 Audio warrants the A-Series and V-Series custom models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair custom models within warranty.
LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
64 Audio offers a one-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models. 64 Audio warrants the Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty.
For EU Member customers, 64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models.

64 Audio warrants B-Stock Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (not including cosmetic defects such as minor scratches, blemishes or logo imperfections) for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty.
64 Audio cannot guarantee serviceability beyond 12 months of the product being discontinued. If unable to service or repair within 12 months, we will offer a product of equal or greater value.
Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by an unauthorized 3rd party or person.
Damage cause by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.
Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.
In the case of a broken shell, we offer a remolding service which has a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping. Details can be found on our product service page.
Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and have a 6-month limited warranty from the original shipping date.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
Because of the many variables that take part in creating a custom product, there may be a need for a fit adjustment. 64 Audio offers a 30 Day Fit Guarantee to ensure the ideal fit of your earphones. If refitting is not possible, we may, at our discretion, rebuild your earphones. You must complete the Service and Repairs form and send your product to our lab within 30 days post receipt of your order to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your earphones to our lab. 64 Audio will cover the cost of shipping the refitted earphones back to you. This guarantee also covers our EP-Custom Earplugs.
For international customers, we require that orders be sent back to our lab within 45 days post receipt.
