    WARRANTY

    Everything you need to know about how we support your in-ear monitors and accessories. Warranty registration isn't currently required. The warranty period is determined by date of purchase or date of arrival for custom products.

    The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to 64 Audio for all service and repairs. 64 Audio covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only for products that receive in-warranty service.

     

    30-Day Fit Guarantee

    Because of the many variables involved in creating a custom product, sometimes a fit adjustment is needed. 64 Audio offers a 30 Day Fit Guarantee (on approved impressions) to ensure that your IEMs fit comfortably and retain a proper seal. 64 Audio requires that you notify customer service within 30 days of receiving your IEMs to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee.

    If a fit adjustment is required we'll need the IEMs sent back for the shells to either be shaved down or built up in the specified problem areas. 64 Audio may, at our discretion, rebuild your IEMs for which new impressions may be required. In some cases, prior to starting the rebuild process, empty test shells may be sent to you to determine if the adjustments have corrected the fit issue.

    You are responsible for the cost of shipping your IEMs to our lab. 64 Audio will cover the cost of shipping the refitted/rebuilt IEMs back to you.

    For international customers, we require that orders be sent back to our lab within 45 days post receipt. For subsequent refits, international customers must notify customer service within 45 days of receiving the refitted earphones.

    (NOTE: Cosmetic properties such as the height of the IEMs due to space required for drivers, cable connectors or faceplates is not considered a defect and would not be covered under the fit guarantee.)

     

    Custom In-Ear Monitors

    LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

    64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on all current Custom IEM models. 64 Audio warrants all Custom IEM models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of fulfillment. 64 Audio will replace or repair custom models within warranty (subject to approval).

     

    64 CarePlan

    EXTENDED 4-YEAR WARRANTY

    64 Audio offers a care plan which extends the warranty on all current Custom IEM models to 4 years. 64 CarePlan extended warranty begins on the date your CIEM's are fulfilled (shipped) and remains active for 4 years and covers the following:

    One free deep cleaning per year to ensure your IEMs are in optimal performance.

    Service and repairs due to defective materials and failed internal components

    Replacement of cables (up to 3 instances) after verification that failure is caused by normal wear and tear, and not due to misuse

    Up to 2 remolds during the 4-year extended warranty coverage if your CIEMs change in fit or if damage which requires the shell to be remade is experienced

    64 CarePlan is currently only available for Custom IEM models, is ONLY available at time of purchase and cannot be added later.

    Standard service/repair and cable replacement fees will apply after the extended warranty period ends and/or the coverage terms have been exceeded

     

    Universal-Fit Earphones

    LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

    64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models. 64 Audio warrants the Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of delivery to the end user (when purchased directly from 64 Audio or an authorized dealer/reseller). 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty (*NOTE: warranty is only transferable if proof of purchase from the original owner can be provided).

     

    B-Stock Universal-Fit Earphones

    LIMITED 6-Month WARRANTY

    64 Audio warrants B-Stock Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (not including cosmetic defects such as minor scratches, blemishes or logo imperfections) for a period of 6 Months from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty.

     

    Custom Earplugs

    LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

    64 Audio offers a 1-year limited warranty on custom earplugs, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in the external shell and apex module for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair earplugs within warranty.

     

    Accessories

    LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

    64 Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all accessories and warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery and will replace any accessories within warranty (this excludes apparel, stickers, Shure products and Audioquest products).

    Cables

    LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

    64 Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all Professional Cables, Premium Cables, and IEM Microphone Cables, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair all cables within warranty.

     

    Service & Repairs

    LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

    64 Audio warrants all repairs for a period of 90 days and is limited to only the repair work that was performed, including remold service (Fit guarantee subject to separate terms).

    Please contact support@64audio.com for assistance with servicing your IEMs.

     

    Warranty does not cover the following:

    Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.

    Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or service by an unauthorized third-party or person. Unauthorized third party service and/or repair attempts may result in replacement at the cost of the customer.

    Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.

    Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

    In the case of a broken shell, we offer a remolding service which has a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping.

    Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and have a 90-days limited warranty from the original shipping date.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
