Everything you need to know about how we support your in-ear monitors and accessories.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to 64 Audio for all repairs. 64 Audio covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only for products that receive in warranty service.

30-Day Fit Guarantee

Because of the many variables that take part in creating a custom product, there may be a need for a fit adjustment. 64 Audio offers a 30-Day Fit Guarantee to ensure the ideal fit of your earphones. If refitting is not possible, we may, at our discretion, rebuild your earphones. You must create a support case from your account and send your product to our lab within 30 days post receipt of your order to be covered by the 30-Day Fit Guarantee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your earphones to our lab. 64 Audio will cover the cost of shipping the refitted earphones back to you. This guarantee also covers our Custom Earplugs.

For international customers, we require that orders be sent back to our lab within 45 days post receipt.

Custom In-Ear Monitors

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on the A-Series custom models. 64 Audio warrants the A-Series and V-Series custom models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of fulfillment. 64 Audio will replace or repair custom models within warranty.

 

Universal-Fit Earphones

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

64 Audio offers a one-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models. 64 Audio warrants the Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty.

For EU Member customers, 64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models.

 

Custom Earplugs

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

64 Audio offers a 1-year limited warranty on custom earplugs, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in the external shell and apex module for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair earplugs within warranty.

 

Accessories

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

64 Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all accessories excluding apparel, stickers, the Chord Mojo, and Jodi-Vac Consumer. 64 Audio warrants accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace any accessories within warranty.

Cables

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

64 Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all Professional Cables, Premium Cables, and Microphone Cables, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair all cables within warranty.

 

Repairs

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

64 Audio warrants all repairs for a period of 90 days and is limited to only the repair work that was performed.

B-Stock Universal-Fit Earphones

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

64 Audio warrants B-Stock Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (not including cosmetic defects such as minor scratches, blemishes or logo imperfections) for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty.

64 Audio cannot guarantee serviceability beyond 12 months of the product being discontinued. If unable to service or repair within 12 months, we will offer a product of equal or greater value.

 

Warranty does not cover the following:

Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by an unauthorized third-party or person.

Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.

Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

In the case of a broken shell, we offer a remolding service which has a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping.

Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and have a 6-month limited warranty from the original shipping date.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
