Custom Earphones

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY 

64 Audio offers a two-year limited warranty on the A-Series and V-Series custom models. 64 Audio warrants the A-Series and V-Series custom models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Custom models within warranty. 

Universal-Fit Earphones 

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY 

64 Audio offers a one-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models. 64 Audio warrants the Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of delivery. 64 Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty. 

 

International Customers

For EU Customers:

64 Audio warrants the U-Series universal models, and A-Series and V-Series custom models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of delivery. 

For Irish and UK Customers:

64 Audio warrants the U-Series universal models, and A-Series and V-Series custom models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of six years from the date of delivery. 

If the products are defective or do not comply with the contract of sale, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair, replacement, discount or refund.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by the following:

Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication, any non-company product or cosmetic normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by service performed by any unauthorized 3rd party company or person.

Product or part that has been modified or altered without the written permission of the company.

Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

In the case of a broken shell, the base cost for an out of warranty remold is $174.50 USD per side ($349.00 USD for both). Additional costs apply to customizations, replacement drivers and shipping. 

Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and have a 6-month limited warranty from the original shipping date.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state. 

30 Day Fit Guarantee

Because of the many variables that take part in creating a custom product, there may be a need for a fit adjustment. 64 Audio offers a 30 Day Fit Guarantee to ensure the ideal fit of your earphones. If refitting is not possible, we may, at our discretion, rebuild your earphones. You must complete the RMA Service Request form and send your product to our lab within 30 days post receipt of your order to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your earpones to our lab. 64 Audio will cover the cost of shipping the refitted earphones back to you. 

For international customers, we require that orders be sent back to our lab within 45 days post receipt.
