Custom Earphones

64 Audio warrants the A-Series and V-Series custom models from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Universal-Fit Earphones

64 Audio warrants the U-Series universal models are from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

 

International Customers

For EU Customers:

64 Audio warrants the U-Series universal models, and A-Series and V-Series custom models from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of delivery. 

For Irish and UK Customers:

64 Audio warrants the U-Series universal models, and A-Series and V-Series custom models from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of six years from the date of delivery. 

 

If the products are defective or do not comply with the contract of sale, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair, replacement, discount or refund. For more information on making a claim, please contact us at info@64audio.com. You may be requested to provide proof of purchase details in reference to a warranty claim.    

Warranty does not cover damages caused by the following:

Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or any non-company product.

Damage caused by service performed by any unauthorized 3rd party company or person.

Product or part that has been modified or altered without the written permission of the company.

Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival. Cables have a 6 month limited warranty from the original shipping date.

No warranty against cosmetic normal wear and tear.

Warranty does not cover physical or hardware damage caused by abuse or misuse, negligence or unauthorized service. We will replace the product at our discretion.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

64 AUDIO covers the labor costs and shipping the refitted earphones from the lab back to the customer. The cost of shipping your product to our lab is NOT covered by 64 AUDIO.

30 Day Fit Guarantee

Because of the many variables that take part in creating a custom product, sometimes the need for a fit adjustment is inevitable. We will refit your product or rebuild your earphones at our discretion. The RMA form needs to be filled out and product sent to lab within 30 days post receipt of your order to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee. 64 AUDIO covers the labor costs and shipping the refitted earphones from the lab back to the customer. The cost of shipping your product to our lab is NOT covered by 64 AUDIO.

International customers must send their order back within 45 days post receipt of the order.
